Who we are
Rihla is a Morocco trip-planning website published by Ismail El Amrani, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise, trade name BRI), SIRET 948 799 432 00018, VAT number FR44948799432, 2 rue du Bois du Prince, 21700 Bagnot, France. What we collect and why
- Your email address and trip details (start date, stops, a link to your itinerary), only when you ask for your itinerary as a PDF and tick the consent box. We use them to send you your trip and a short series of emails to help you prepare it.
- Nothing else is stored by Rihla. The planner runs in your browser; your choices are not saved on our servers. Your email may be remembered in your own browser so you don't have to type it again.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes your data
- systeme.io stores your email and trip details and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and its domain.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, and at most 3 years after your last interaction with our emails.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@rihlaroutes.com. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links to Booking.com and GetYourGuide are affiliate links: Rihla earns a commission if you book, at no extra cost to you. When you follow them, those sites apply their own privacy and cookie policies. Photos are loaded from Unsplash and Wikimedia Commons, and maps links open Google Maps.
